Otsego Lake County Park Special Events 2011
April 1st - April 28th
All campsites $12.00 per night
April 29 - May 1st
Free clean-up weekend
Campers are asked to bring their rakes and rake the campsite
they are staying on. Park Rangers will be in the campground to
assist. Free camping Friday and Saturday evening. *Reservations
are not accepted for this weekend
May 27-30th Memorial Day Weekend
Hayrides, candy bingo, pancake breakfast for campers
June 10 - 12th Sea Plane Splash-in
30th Annual Otsego Lake Splash-in. Parade of Planes, Take Off
Contests, Spot Landing Contests and Bomb Drops (winds and

June 14-19th Military Appreciation Week
All active and former Military Personnel (County &
Non-County Residents) and their families are invited to camp 5 nights for $25.00.
Military or Veterans ID REQUIRED
upon registration. One ID per campsite. Arrive
Tuesday at anytime or anytime after Tuesday until Sunday at
1:00pm. Several
activities are planned for Friday and Saturday including
hayrides, candy bingo and a flag ceremony. We invite service
members to wear their uniforms for the flag ceremony. A "Wall of
Honor" will be displayed at the Ranger Station.
July 2nd Fireworks over Otsego Lake
Hayrides, music at pavilion. Fireworks at
dusk.
July 2nd Mark Mellon Triathlon
$3.00 entry fee required for participants and visitors. For more

Event organized by Alpine Leisure Pilots Society
September 2-5th Labor Day Weekend

September 26 - Closing All campsites $12.00 per night
Reservations are accepted May 1st - October 29th and may
be made by calling (989) 732-6521 (Jan-April) or (989)
731-6448 (May-Oct). A two night minimum stay is required
for reservations.
